Spring Cleanup allows the grounds and landscape to rebound quickly from winter damage and provides your business with an attractive appearance. Spring Cleanup includes the following: removal of all leaves, sticks and debris from grounds and landscape, edging of all curb lines and sidewalks, dethatching of turf and disposal of debris. Spring Cleanup is performed in April.
Mowing is performed weekly to improve the appearance and health of the turf. Weekly mowing includes the following: turf is cut to appropriate length based on ground and weather conditions, mowing pattern is changed each week to reduce compaction and ware, all clippings are blown off parking lot, sidewalks and landscape beds. Mowing is performed from the end of April through October.
Fall Cleanup is essential in preparing turf and landscape for winter. Fall Cleanup includes the following: removal of all leaves, sticks and debris from grounds and landscape, perennials cut back, final mowing, disposal of debris. At your request, the following services can be performed: tree wrap on young trees to prevent sun scale and burlap wrap on evergreens to prevent winter burn. Fall cleanup is performed during October and November.

Shrub Pruning is important to promote plant health and improve the curb appeal of your business. Shrub pruning includes the following: each shrub is pruned properly to improve appearance and increase life, all shrubs and landscape is blown out, two rounds of pruning, disposal of debris
. Shrub Pruning is performed in June for non-flowering shrubs and August for flowering shrubs.

Bed Maintenance includes the following: pre-emergent application for weeds, bi-weekly removal, liquid weed control application, hand pulling (100% hand pulling available at your request). Bed Maintenance is performed from May through September.
Fertilizer and Weed Control applications are necessary to create a lush and weed free appearance for your business. The Fertilizer and Weed Control program includes the following: five applications, pre-emergent control for weeds and unwanted grasses, post-emergent control for weeds and unwanted grasses, nutrients in every application, liquid and granular applications, non-phosphorus fertilizers, soil analysis (if needed), free spot treatments on nascent weeds. Our applicators are certified and licensed by the State of Minnesota. Fertilizer and weed control applications are performed from April to November. Timing of the application is structured around weather conditions.
Aeration is one of the most beneficial services your lawn can receive. Aeration reduces soil compaction, which is a common occurrence in all lawns. Compaction reduces rooting depth and growth due to less oxygen movement to the roots. Aeration of the lawn leaves open holes which gradually fill with un-compacted soil, increases water infiltration and increases oxygen movement to roots. The recommended time of year for this service is late summer but is also beneficial in the spring.
Over-seeding is a great way to improve the aesthetics of your lawn. Over-seeding is used to repairs bare spots, increase thickness and reduce weed growth. The recommended time of year for this service is late summer, so we pair this service with aeration to provide you with maximum results. 
Startup service is provided to ensure that your irrigation system is running properly. Startup service includes the following: all pipes are checked, all zones and heads are inspected, adjustments and repairs are performed, watering schedules are set to accommodate local regulations, watering times are set based on lawn’s needs. Startup service is performed in April and May.
Monthly Maintenance Program is available to assure your business that all zones and heads are functioning properly. During the inspection, adjustments are made to the water schedule to accommodate for seasonal changes. Monthly maintenance program is performed from June through September.
Repair service for all your irrigation needs is available at your request. Emergency service calls 24/7.
Blowout service is provided to ensure that your association’s irrigation system is properly shut down for winter. Blowout service includes the following: water supply is securely turned off, all lines are thoroughly blown out, all pipes are back drained, backflow preventer or RPZ is removed or prepared for winter, control panel is prepared for winter. Blowout service is performed during the month of October. 
Snow Control service is available during the winter months to keep your business parking lot and sidewalks clear and safe. The following options are included and/or available as snow control service: 24/7 monitoring of your business before, during and after a snow event, 24/7 snow plowing, 24/7 sidewalk shoveling, 24/7 service calls if an emergency arises, opening option available during business hours, full lot clearing available during business hours, slush plowing, snow pile push back and removal.
